1. Hereby, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended), Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" (as amended), I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, express my unconditional consent to the processing By the Limited Liability Company "Commercial Security Center", location: 109240, Moscow, Goncharnaya str., 12, building 8 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), my personal data and other information contained in this document (including those posted on the Internet in the form of a web form), as well as my other personal data and information provided and provided by me to the Company in other ways (including when visiting events, by filling out other documents, web forms on websites contained in concluded and concluded contracts, in submitted documents) or which have become known to the Public.

• Compliance with legal requirements, as well as the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company.

When processing personal data and information for purposes unrelated to sending advertising information, e-mail mailing (sending messages to e-mail), SMS mailing (short message service), mailing, telephone calls, any other means of communication, and the Internet may be used. For the purposes of sending information of an advertising nature, only the communication options mentioned above or to which separate consent has been given may be used.

3. I agree to the transfer of my personal data over open Internet communication channels.

The list of personal data and other information in respect of which this consent applies: surname, first name, patronymic, passport data, date and place of birth, place of residence, contact information (home, mobile, work phone number, email address), family, social, property status, education, profession, information information about the car (if there is a car), information about me that will become known during the execution of contracts (if contracts are concluded between me and the Company), as well as other publicly available information about me.

5. This consent applies to the processing of personal data and information carried out through any actions (operations) permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, performed both with and without the use of automation tools or in a mixed manner, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), cross-border transfer and transfer to third parties, including for the purpose of processing personal data on behalf, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The processing is carried out by the Company, as well as by other third parties who were involved in the processing by the Company, or to whom personal data and other information were transferred (or given access to them) for the above-mentioned purposes in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such third parties may include, in particular, the Company's counterparties (in particular, companies that provide call center services, conduct statistical research, and support used information systems) and others. The list of such third parties may change without my additional consent and notification. This consent also means that I consent to the processing of personal data and information by such third parties. I confirm that I have been notified that I can request from the Company up-to-date information about third parties (name or surname, first name, patronymic and address) to whom my personal data is being transferred.

I consent to receive information, including of an advertising nature, and authorize the Company to send SMS/e-mail/mailing lists to my address, mailings through information and communication services such as Viber, WhatsApp, etc., as well as other types of mailings and notifications using any means of communication.

7. I express my consent and authorize the Company to combine personal data into a personal data information system and process my personal data, using automation tools or without using automation tools, as well as using other software tools specially developed on behalf of the Company. Work with personal data information systems is carried out according to the algorithm prescribed by the Company (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). The processing methods used, including, but not limited to: automatic reconciliation of postal codes with the code base, automatic verification of the spelling of street names, settlements, clarification of data with me (by mail, e-mail, telephone (including mobile), fax, Internet), segmentation of the information base according to specified criteria, periodic contacts with me via telephone (including mobile communication), via e-mail or the Internet.

8. I have been notified by the Company that the intended users of personal data are employees of the Company (as well as persons involved under the terms of a civil contract).

9. I am aware that:

• this consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising is indefinite and can be revoked by sending a written statement to the Company. The date of revocation is considered to be the day following the date of delivery to the Company of a written application for revocation of consent to the processing of personal data and/or receiving advertising;

• I have the right to access my personal data, to request clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data, as well as the deletion and destruction of my personal data in the event of their processing by the Company that violates my legitimate rights and interests, the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. In the event of a change in my personal data, I undertake to immediately notify the Company of information about me, with the provision of supporting documents.

11. This Consent is recognized by me and the Company as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising, given in accordance with art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and art. 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ dated 13.03.2006 "On Advertising".

12. I am aware that registering and/or submitting an application for an offer and/or subscribing to receive advertising information on the Site means my written consent to the terms described in this Consent.

13. This consent may be revoked by sending the original written notification to the Company by registered mail with an attachment list or courier service, or delivered personally against signature to an authorized representative of the Company. At the same time, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data in cases established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, or if personal data is processed in accordance with other legal grounds (in particular, in accordance with the terms of use of the web services accepted by you).
